If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened boxes of flooring within 90 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Verify Condition

  Ensure all boxes are unopened, factory-sealed, and in their original condition.

• 2.
  Request Authorization

  Log into your account or contact customer service to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Arrange Transport

  Drop off the items at your nearest store location or schedule a freight pickup for a nominal fee.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
